The everyday speed drills have really improved how quickly he performs multiplication problems, and because they're on every page: he PLANS-ON and ENJOYS testing him. -5th grade because that's exactly where he's at with his studies! I have a daughter who went to public school through I have a daughter who went to public school through third grade before we began homeschooling. The way math was taught in public school was confusing to her. When I would attempt to teach her at home with her homework, using the methods that have been used for hundreds of years, she would cry and say that her teacher says that's the wrong way. In a teacher conference her teacher even expressed frustration saying that with common core, they were expected to teach children using con. "I had always been bad at math" according to *Sandie*. I had always been bad at math, when I was younger. Now as an adult going back to school I have some entry exams. This book has just been the light switch that turned My light bulb in my head On.I have realized that I am not bad at math , just had teachers who never knew how to teach it very well.When I use this book and the online free tutoring videos, I actually learn and feel good about finally understanding what I am supposed to do.I tried other math books but wasnt doing well.
