Selah said A true gem!. The only downside to this book is that it isn't longer! But the small size doesn't mean it doesn't offer powerful statements, powerful thoughts, and hard topics. This book covers topics and then offers a short affirmation. Topics include reclaiming your body, reclaiming your right to be alive, reaching out and accepting help, seperating what was done to you as a child fro. Useful I use this little book of affirmations in my counseling practice. Useful and generally well received by all I have given it to..
