I LOVE this book and DVD. Amazon Customer I was a bit overwhelmed at first thinking I had to review and figure out every single exercise before starting so I just stuck the DVD in. Most exercises were easy to follow with the model and the ones that were a bit tricky I just looked up in the book.As I'm recovering from a back injury I'm taking it slow and can only do 1 or 2 of the sessions at a time, but I can see doing all in the future for a nice workout.
