Good workbook Logical process, easy to follow, integrates pieces nicely, and offers examples and templates.Some examples were too plain. Need more realistic examples of strategic efforts rather than simply using examples such as improving communications or budget or IT.. Perry Miller said Not Suitable for Kindle. Not entirely worthless; but you can't print worksheets from the Kindle version, not even from Kindle for PC, apparently.
