Average and Incomplete Review AnonRev123 Overall, this is a decent outline/summary of the material required to pass the Florida Real Estate Exam; however, it has some deficiencies that seriously reduce the value as a study manual. Primarily, there are often times important sections that are completely left out of a chapter. Additionally, the level of detail that the author has provided for other sections appears to be completely arbitrary. Some terms/ideas are well spelled out while others are not defined or not included.If you ar. "Took me more than a week to get the book" according to User. It took me more than a week to get the book, cuz they put wrong address on the package. I have to resolve it all by myself.BTW the book is ok.
