Good Information on Making Shelters J. Robideau While this book definitely has some good information on making different types of shelters, the book's title definitely over-promises. This is not the Ultimate Survival Guide for Surviving Any Situation. This is a helpful book that will help you in one specific area. Granted, shelter is a big and important subject when it comes to survival, but not the only subject.The author attempts to list some survival gear, but the lists are not accompanied by appropriate explanations. Move on to the good information about the shelters.*The book was well formatt. SCARY TIMES! I for one would be at a total loss if my internet shut down. I would have been clueless if a natural disaster happened. I now feel at least I have some idea where to start. This helped me put together kits. There is one in each car, in the house and one for my office. I even got a solar charger for my phone and kindle as I do not want to be without this book. It also helped me understand how you react differently in a man-made disaster or natural disaster. Julian shows you in this easily read book how not to just survive but to prosper even if you fi. "good info" according to Sasquach. It is full of good info but drawings, pictures, and illustrations are non existent. Most people are visual orientated and that would help a lot. I'd like to see if it's close to what I made.
