Each page has a drawing and a saying. Sometimes the drawing is just a flower, other times a bit more involved (such as cardinals and flowers). The sayings are also nice and short, but generally positive for the day. I usually buy the Zen page-a-day, but think I like this a bit better. Turning the page to see a nice p.
