"I Wouldn't Call These Recipes Amazing" according to evol_v. I saw a couple of recipes that I would try (Bacon and Baked Eggs, Tandoori Chicken) and several I would never try (two recipes called for Atkins Bake Mix, one called for soy milk). There was a waffle recipe with a cup of raisins listed in the ingredients (serves two). The waffles allegedly have 25 g of carbohydrate per serving (which is pretty high already). But one half cup of raisins has over 55 g of carbohydrate. There is surely a typo in this recipe. As for the introduction, there were a few typos, and . Not For Me. This is a good shorter cookbook for those wanting to try a ketogenic lifestyle. Pictures are nice; the recipes are something I can handle, but very basic. Some recipes have higher carbs than what I consider low carb. In addition, there are in fact typos and major grammatical errors. Looked a tad rushed. I am really glad I got this free…
