Adam K. said WE SHOULD KNOW!. I grew up with Mark Long, so I know this much first hand. He and I know a bad fad when we see one, or should I say, lived one. This book is a personal trip down memory lane, and memory lane has alot of potholes and speed bumps, in other words, it's a rough and painful ride. I found myself laughing out loud most of the time while reading through BAD FADS simply because of the images of myself and my friends living those fads, Mark included.
