Likable characters, intriguing, realistic plot, characters with flaws and growth. I'm a fan of Kantra's Dare Island books. I hadn't read another RS by her, but this one was great.. Wow Wow . This book is a page turner and a stay up late to finish ! Jack is a cop who has been suspended from duty. Lexie a photographer with self doubt issues. They need to trust each other to survive in the woods with armed men in pursuit Trust each other to reveal their pasts. Trust each other to work together to save their lives and the lives of those around them.
