It is absolutely a dangerous book, as Wagner takes a pragmatic stance on if something is of God, rather than having Scripture to back it up. For example, concerning spiritual warfare against "territorial spirits," he seems to base his theology concerning it off of the reports of folks in the mission field who have used various techniques that seem to work, and allow their churches.
