"High praise for a capital idea." according to Dodd Greer. For a subject and practice that seems an obvious given, this is the first "help" book of its kind I've encountered. I found it well thought out, logically arranged, and colorfully clear in its very helpful descriptions and directions. I wish I could have had this guide when I had quan. Very helpful strategies This is a helpful book, especially for those students who are just entering law school. It is written in a manner that allows you to quickly get the point. Overall I was very pleased with this book and I am planning to adopt some of the highlighting techniques that it suggests.. Good conceptualization tool Jane Doe I imagine this would be very helpful for beginning law students. Great for breaking down the elements of briefing a case. Using all the techniques at once will make it look like a rainbow exploded on the book, but used sparingly, some of the techniques look very helpful.
