It was a page turner as the plot thickened and I could not stop reading!! It left me wanting to know more about Emmie and Silas. Characters are so richly developed and the detail to the 20's and moonshine in Kentucky was won. Couldn't put it down Amazon Customer It's taken me two weeks to write this review because I couldn't put into words how wonderful it is. I bought the book and started reading it at bedtime. I stayed up all night reading because I just. couldn't. put. it. down. Amazing character development? Check. Comedy? Check. That sleazy character that you just can't stand? He's there! I cannot wait for. dawny said AWESOME AWESOME READ. Loveeeeeed the story and the characters go Silas and Emmie. Love Trick and Gabe too. Was not sure about the book to begin with as was set in the past but as soon as I started reading could not put down and knew it was a winner. Have downloaded book two and started straight away awesome author.
